I wrote The Diet That Works! almost by accident.
I started writing down the answers to many of the most common questions I would regularly get on diet, training, exercise and fitness motivation to give as handouts to customers back when I worked in a health food store. As people continued to ask me about their diets I realized that there was a lot of confusion as to what really worked and how to implement it. I had developed a step-by-step process to help people take their current diet and transform it into the best possible diet for them, a diet that would be a lifestyle approach to healthy eating, a diet that would work! I also knew that it would take more than just a sound diet for them to really excel so my “diet” book quickly became a fitness information and motivation book. I have to say that I am still very pleased with how it turned out and very grateful and appreciative of all the positive feedback.
