Feel It!

Unless you’re a competitive lifter, don’t focus on the weight, focus on the feel.  Slow, controlled and full range of motion.  We can always do more weight.  And yes, there is a time to train a bit more loose or to do explosive movements.  But if you’re not in control of the weight you probably won’t get the results you want in terms of changing your physique.  It’s about effort and consistency over time.  Just another day in the fitness life.
